Is FancyFlow really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card: it includes sale entry (cash, UPI, card, credit), daily sales dashboard, 1 user and community support. Upgrade when you want inventory, credit, suppliers, staff and more — and every new shop starts with a 7-day trial with all features on.
What kind of shops is FancyFlow for?
Fancy and general stores: cosmetics, imitation jewellery, hair accessories, bangles, bags and purses, watches, perfumes, gifts and toys — any shop that stocks items by shade, size or design.
Can I track shades, sizes and racks?
Yes. Each item has its own variant (shade, size or design), barcode and rack or shelf location. Scan the barcode to bill, or search by name or rack to find it on the shelf.
How do warranties work?
Attach a warranty to an item when you sell it. The Warranty page then shows every warranty with its status and days left, what is expiring soon and what has expired. Warranty tracking is part of the Advanced plan.
How do I pay or upgrade?
Pick a plan on the Upgrade page in the app, pay by UPI or bank transfer to the details shown there, and message us on WhatsApp — our team activates the plan for your shop. There is no payment gateway lock-in, and you can change plans at any time.
What happens to my data if my plan expires?
Nothing is lost. Your shop moves to the Free plan and every record stays visible. Only adding or editing in premium modules waits until you renew.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. On the Complete plan each staff member gets their own login with limited access: they bill sales, see their own work, and their incentives are added automatically. Owners keep costs and profit to themselves.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. FancyFlow runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer — nothing to install — and you can add it to your home screen like an app. Pages are small, so it stays quick on everyday mobile data.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Your shop's data is stored on Celonix servers in India. Every request is checked on the server so one shop can never see another shop's records, and only you and the staff you add can open your shop.
