Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of FancyFlow, the billing, inventory and credit software for fancy, cosmetics, gift and general retail shops, built and operated by Celonix ("we", "us"). By registering a shop, signing in or otherwise using FancyFlow you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use FancyFlow for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
1. The service
FancyFlow gives a shop the tools to run its counter and back office: sales billing (POS) with barcode scanning, inventory by rack, variant and unit, purchase bills and suppliers, customer credit (udhaar), warranties, expenses and the cash book, staff accounts with incentives and attendance, reports, analytics and an AI assistant. Each shop's records are kept separate from every other shop's.
Which modules you can add to or edit depends on your plan. We keep improving FancyFlow, so features may be added, changed or retired; we will not remove a core feature you pay for during a paid period without telling you first.
2. Accounts and roles
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- Owners control their shop: its settings, plan, data and staff. An owner who creates staff accounts is responsible for those accounts and for what staff do in the shop.
- Staff can use only what the owner's settings allow.
- The Celonix team runs the FancyFlow console to approve shops, manage plans and help with support. New shops are reviewed and activated by our team, and we may decline a registration we cannot verify.
3. Plans, trial and payments
FancyFlow has a free plan and paid plans. Current prices, per 30-day period:

- A new shop gets a 7-day trial with every feature on. When the trial or a paid period ends, the shop moves to the Free plan: nothing is deleted and every record stays visible; only adding or editing in premium modules waits until a plan is active again.
- Payments are made manually — by UPI or bank transfer to the details shown on the in-app Upgrade page — and the plan is activated by our team once the payment is confirmed. A period is 30 days, not a calendar month.
- We may change prices for future periods with notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- Fees are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access, or try to access, another shop's data or any part of FancyFlow you are not authorised to use;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service, reverse-engineer it, or scrape it with automated tools;
- overload or disrupt the service, or upload malicious code;
- use FancyFlow for anything unlawful, including recording goods or transactions you are not allowed to deal in, or keeping personal data you have no right to hold;
- resell or share access to FancyFlow outside your own shop without our written agreement.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, giving notice where it is reasonable to do so.
5. Your data
Your shop's records belong to you. You give Celonix a limited permission to store, process, back up and display them only to provide FancyFlow to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for having the right to record it — including your customers' and staff's personal data. You can ask us for an export of your shop's data at any time.
6. Bills, taxes and your records
FancyFlow helps you prepare bills, ledgers and reports, but you remain responsible for your tax filings, GST and other legal obligations, and for checking any figure before you rely on it for an important decision.
7. Availability and liability
- We work to keep FancyFlow fast and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. We may pause it briefly for maintenance.
- To the extent the law allows, Celonix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data caused by events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for FancyFlow in the three months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law does not allow us to limit.
8. Suspension and closing an account
You may stop using FancyFlow at any time and ask us to close your shop. We may suspend or close a shop that breaks these terms, that stays unverified, or where the law requires it. A suspended shop cannot be opened until the issue is resolved; when a shop is closed, its data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and we will tell signed-in owners about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use FancyFlow after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
